If you’ve ever felt like meditation doesn’t work for you— then this IS for you. Finally a way for the busy mind to entrained, quieted, and expanded using ancient yogi practices for modern world application.

Presence was created for busy minds, fast-paced lives, and the humans who want peace but can’t sit still long enough to access it.

In this in-person 9D breathwork experience, you’ll access presence not through trying to quiet your mind—but by letting your body lead.

Down-regulating breath sequences, 432Hz sound healing, and guided somatic anchoring gently dissolve the mental noise, creating space for clarity, truth, and conscious decision-making.

You’ll leave feeling more rooted, regulated, and connected to your inner wisdom—without needing to push or force stillness.

This session supports:

  • Anxiety relief + racing thought regulation
  • Creating space to hear your truth + make clear decisions
  • Somatic grounding for those who “can’t meditate
  • Addictive and impulsive behavior patterns.
