Not at all! My live guidance means I can adapt the session to your experience level and comfort zone in real-time. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

How do you customize the experience during the session?

What should I expect during the session?

Expect the unexpected! Each journey is unique, and each person is unique- but there are some commonalities you might experience:

What's happening to my hands during breathwork?

Ah, the famous “lobster claw hands”! This is called tetany, and it’s completely normal and safe. When we breathe in this connected way, we’re changing the CO2 levels in your blood, which temporarily affects calcium availability to your muscles. It’s actually a sign that the breathwork is creating the intended nervous system shifts! In fact, research in respiratory physiology explains that tetany during hyperventilation is a normal physiological response indicating your blood chemistry is adjusting and your nervous system is shifting into healing mode.
