Sacred Connection

FREE virtual nervous system experience merging breath, sacred geometry, mindset and community support to help new clients experience a moment of their flow state. Held online, free for all new clients.

A free breathwork and energy introduction experience

Something shifts when the breath leads.

The noise quiets. The body softens. And for a moment, maybe for the first time, everything feels like it’s exactly where it’s supposed to be.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to have tried breathwork before. You don’t need to be ready, or relaxed, or anything other than curious enough to show up.

Sacred Connection is a free, guided experience designed for exactly where you are right now. Busy, stressed, or anxious mind and body…. all of you is welcome here.

Live intuitive guidance, sound, and gentle energy work create the conditions for something most people spend years trying to find.

You might not have words for it after.

You’ll just know you want more.

No experience needed. No pressure, no performance. Just breath, curiosity, sound, and space to land.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience with breathwork?

Not at all! My live guidance means I can adapt the session to your experience level and comfort zone in real-time. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

First-timers often have the most profound experiences because they come with open hearts and no expectations. Your body already knows how to breathe – we’re just learning to use it as a tool for healing and transformation.

How do you customize the experience during the session?

This is where my training and intuition dance together! I monitor your breathing patterns, energy shifts, and responses throughout the journey. If I sense you need more grounding, I’ll adjust my guidance. If you’re ready to go deeper, I’ll meet you there. If your nervous system needs gentleness, I’ll wrap you in that energy.

It’s like having a personal guide who speaks your body’s language and can adapt the journey to exactly what your soul needs in real-time.

How should I prepare for my session?

Preparation is simple but incredibly supportive of your experience:

Wear comfortable, loose clothing (layers are perfect!)
Avoid heavy meals 2-4+ hours before (light snacks are fine; you know how youe body responds and what it needs- but you do not want to participate in a session with a full stomach)
Stay hydrated throughout the day
Set a gentle intention, but don’t overthink it
Avoid alcohol or substances 24 hours prior
Bring water and a journal for afterward
(for virtual sessions) Create a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted

What are the benefits of regular breathwork?

A consistent practice of varied breathwork practices is like giving your whole system a loving reset:

Emotional release and regulation
Improved focus and mental clarity (especially powerful for neurodivergent brains!)
Nervous system recalibration
Deeper connection to your intuition
Release of stored trauma and limiting beliefs
Increased energy and vitality
Better sleep and stress management
More authentic self-expression

A 2023 study showed significant reductions in tension, confusion, depression, and anger after just one conscious connected breathing session, with increased self-esteem. Regular practice creates neuroplasticity – literally rewiring your brain for resilience.

What is 9D sound technology?

The 9D sound technology is like having a team of healers working on your nervous system simultaneously! It combines nine dimensions of healing:

Binaural Brain Entrainment
Isochronic Brainwave Tones
Solfeggio Frequencies
432Hz Harmonic Tuning
Subliminal Hypnotic Therapy
Bioacoustic Sound Effects
Breathwork Patterns Supported by Energy Attunement & Activation
NLP Guided Sessions

This precision-engineered audio creates the perfect container for your consciousness to expand and your nervous system to recalibrate. Studies show that binaural beats and specific frequencies can influence brainwave patterns and support nervous system regulation, making the 9D technology a scientifically-backed tool for transformation.

What makes Wild Heart Compass different?

This is where the magic happens!

💫 Unlike standard breathwork sessions that use pre-recorded guidance, I guide you live with my voice, customizing the experience in real-time to your specific needs. I’m literally breathing with you, reading your biofeedback, and adjusting my guidance moment by moment.

I’m certified in both 9D Breathwork AND Breathwork Detox – giving you the best of both worlds with more tools in my toolkit to expertly use what you need. Think of it as breathwork with superpowers – we’re not just breathing together, we’re getting your mind, energy, and body on the same page. We’re journeying into the depths of your being with precision-engineered 9D sound technology, tested and proven Breathwork Detox techniques, live intuitive guidance, sacred geometry, and energy healing all woven together in real-time.

But more than anything, my intention is to empower your free will, your inner knowing, and your truth. There is no pressure, no expectations, and no right or wrong way to do this. If you’ve ever been nervous about trying breathwork or felt like it was too harsh or too light for you, know that this practice can be adapted to fit your needs exactly where you are. We don’t need to go intense until you’re ready, and I promise you – even if you’re an intense athlete, this will challenge you profoundly.

This is about having a conversation with your body, pushing your boundaries from an empowered and patient place- with you behind the wheel of this experience. I’m here to hold your hand while you begin that conversation.

Whether your soul calls for the structured precision of 9D or the creative flow of Breathwork Detox, I intuitively choose the perfect modality and techniques for your unique healing journey.

What should I expect during the session?

Expect the unexpected! Each journey is unique, and each person is unique- but there are some commonalities you might experience:

Emotional releases (tears, laughter, joy, anger – all welcome!)
Physical sensations (tingling, warmth, coolness, energy moving)
Vivid imagery, colors, or visions
Deep peace and connection to your true self
Insights and “aha” moments
Sometimes nothing dramatic – and that’s perfect too!

What's happening to my hands during breathwork?

Ah, the famous “lobster claw hands”! This is called tetany, and it’s completely normal and safe. When we breathe in this connected way, we’re changing the CO2 levels in your blood, which temporarily affects calcium availability to your muscles. It’s actually a sign that the breathwork is creating the intended nervous system shifts! In fact, research in respiratory physiology explains that tetany during hyperventilation is a normal physiological response indicating your blood chemistry is adjusting and your nervous system is shifting into healing mode.

I like to make sure people know this can happen so that if it does, you know exactly what to do. I explain how to work with this in all my sessions.
